Kangaroos
Kangaroos are pleasant to look at in pictures; some farms are allowed to domesticate them.
Newborn roos are very small, measuring only about 2 cm in length and weighing less than 1 gram. Right after birth they climb up the mother's body and into the pouch, where they stay until 5-7 months of age. By age of 11 months, they leave the pouch for good.

There are as many as 47 species of this group, and they differ in habitat, size, appearance and behavior. They are called marsupials for marsupial pouches on females' abdomen, where they carry their young. The Red roo is the largest of all species.
